Our Rent to Buy in the UK follows seven (7) basic steps:
Step 1: Signup
Before we can get started with your rent to buy service in the UK, you need to signup. We have both free and paid access options. Learn more.
Step 2: Complete an application
It’s free, fast, and won’t impact your credit score. It takes only 5 minutes to complete the online form and submit.
Step 3: Get approved for a budget
Once you’re approved, you’ll receive a budget to go home shopping.
Step 4: Choose your dream home
You can instruct us to help you find a qualified rent to buy property based on your budget, or you can partner with an agent to find your dream home. Choose from any home on the market that qualifies.
Step 5: RTB365 pays for the home or property
We’ll pay for the home in cash and cover all fees, closing costs, taxes and insurance. All we need is a down payment of 3% minimum.
Step 6: Move in and save
Move into your RTB365 home and start saving to gradually build up ownership of the home. Most of our customers are able to become mortgage-eligible in less than three years. Note: Our Rent to Buy service is for an initial period of three years, with an exra two years renewal or extension.
Step 7: Buy the home or walk away with savings
At any point you can choose to either buy back the home with the money you’ve saved, or move out and cash out your savings.
